QualaTrick.corp, based in Florida, USA, operates qualatrick.net. For questions or privacy requests, email pjcharles046@outlook.com. This policy covers the public landing page and pilot inquiries. Any future operational service will need its own applicable agreements and privacy information.

Information processed when you visit

Vercel hosts and delivers this website. Serving and protecting the site involves processing technical request information, which may include your IP address, requested URL, browser information, timestamps and security events. These are hosting and security functions, even though the page does not contain visitor analytics or advertising trackers.

Inquiries and demo interactions

The inquiry form asks for your name, work email, organization and a description of your shipping needs. It prepares a draft in your email application or a text file you can download. Typing into the form does not submit those details to our server. Your browser or email application may apply its own autofill, draft-saving and privacy settings.

If you choose to send an email, we receive its contents, your email address and associated email metadata through our Microsoft Outlook mailbox. We use that information to respond, discuss the requested pilot and manage that correspondence. Microsoft and your own email provider process email under their respective terms; see Microsoft’s Privacy Statement. An inquiry does not enroll you in a newsletter or marketing subscription.

Demo buttons use fictional records. They do not access your camera or location, upload documents, make real bookings, process payments or send your information to an AI service. Demo state is held in page memory. Downloads you request are saved on your own device.

Cookies, advertising and sharing

The page does not set analytics or advertising cookies, use browser storage for tracking, sell personal information, or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Please do not email identity documents unless we have agreed on an appropriate method.

We will handle requests under applicable law and explain any limits. You may complain to your local privacy regulator, including an EU supervisory authority or the UK Information Commissioner where relevant. This website does not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about visitors.

Sensitive information and children

This site is intended for business inquiries. Do not provide patient records, health information, passwords, payment details or confidential shipment documents through the form or email. It is not a patient portal or a channel approved for protected health information. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children under 13; contact us if you believe a child has sent information.
